Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in delivering quality Islamic products to your doorstep. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we’re here to make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible:

1. Item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn/unused)

2. Tags must be intact

3. Must be in original packaging

4. Receipt or proof of purchase is required

3. How to Start a Return

2. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions

3. Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted

4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at nourishinglittleminds@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

1. Custom/personalized products

2. Sale items or gift cards

6. Returns & Exchanges (for Damaged/Incorrect Items Only)

1. Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order

2. Send a clear photo of the item and order number via WhatsApp or email

3. We will review and either send a replacement or issue a refund

7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to return the current one. Once accepted, you can place a new order separately.

8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Item must be in original condition, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

9. Refund Timeline

1. We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return

2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

3. Refunds for eligible damaged/defective items are processed within 5–7 business days

4. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund
